Request deletion of your personal data

To request deletion of personal data associated with your Hope Outfitters customer account or purchases, email customer@hopeoutfitters.com.

1. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Send your request from the email address you used with Hope Outfitters so we can identify the relevant customer record.
3. State that you would like your personal data deleted. Please do not include passwords or payment card details.

About the deletion process

Shopify's customer data erasure process removes personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, and address from Shopify records and sends an erasure request to installed apps and sales channels. A redacted customer profile and order history can remain after personal data is erased.
