US Domestic: Free shipping on all orders over $75. Shipping is done by USPS and delivery time averages 1 week.
Canada: Shipping to Canada costs $34.99 and free with orders over $150.
International Shipping: We ship all over the world via USPS. Shipment time varies by location. All shipments outside of the US and Canada are flat rate $39.99 and free with orders over $150.
US Expedited shipping options:
USPS First Class - Delivery time averages 7-10 days after receipt of payment. Delivery within that time frame is not guaranteed.
USPS Priority - Delivery time averages 4-6 days after receipt of payment.
NOTE: Shipping times may be slightly delayed during Black Friday / Christmas sales. We work as quickly as we can to get your order shipped in a timely matter. Your patience is appreciated!
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Only unwashed/unworn items can be returned and only within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs necessary for returns, unless item is defective or the wrong item was sent. All clearance items are ineligible for a return/refund. If item is defective or damaged, please notify us by email and include a photo of the flaw/item needing to be replaced.
With your return, please include a note with at least one or more of the following items:
Name used when ordering
Order Number (example: HOPE23467)
Copy of the order confirmation (emailed to you on the date of purchase)
*If returning a hat, please be sure to use a box to ensure it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.
Note: If you are returning an item originally purchased at a discounted price and you are planning to repurchase a different size, be sure to let us know and we will either match the price you had originally paid or issue a 10% refund, (whichever is greater). Just place your new order and then email us with your new order number, and we will apply the discount and get your new order sent out that same day!

Technically we do not do exchanges, however, you can return your item and repurchase the correct size at a discounted price, (see "Returns" section above). Of course, if you had received an incorrect item or item had been defective, let us know right away and we will fix the mistake at our cost.
